SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING 

We accept orders at any time, worldwide. Orders placed on cropnatural.com will be processed and shipped ASAP. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday will be processed the following business day.

We currently offer a free standard shipping for all orders over $80. For express shipping all orders have a flat rate of $20. Please see below for shipping timelines. Please note - these are only a guideline, due to specific circumstances - timelines may vary.  

TIMELINE 

RETURNS DUE TO COVID-19 DELAYS

Returns may be requested for lengthy shipment times as a result of the COVID-19 restrictions. We will not accept returns for change of mind. 

The return shipping cost is to be covered by the customer.  This cost will not be reimbursed from Crop Natural. 
We recommend sending with a postal service with tracking to avoid any issues. 
We will not accept any returns if the product has been opened or used.  

Crop Natural cannot stop a shipment during transit.  All returns must be made once the shipment has reached its destination.
